Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Water Quick Release Couplings

A wide range of quick release couplings to handle hydraulic fluid, air and water are available from Titan Fluid Technologies Limited. These come from a wide range of specialist manufacturers including Broomwade, Camozzi, CEJN, Hasco, Holmbury, Macdonald, Nitto, PCL, Parker, Rectus, Schrader, Snap-Tite and Tema.
Hydraulic Quick Couplings are available in a wide range of designs, some of which are tailored to a particular application or use.  Based on the internal valving, hydraulic couplings can be either double shut-off or straight-through.  Double shut-off couplings have valves in both halves (coupler and nipple) keeping fluid loss to a minimum.  Straight-through couplings have no valves and are ideal for high flow with low pressure drop. Hydraulic Quick Couplings are available in ISO A, ISO B and ISO 16028 Flat Faced formats. Standard sizes are ¼” through to 1” with BSPP, BSPT and NPT threads. Larger sizes and alternative thread formats are available upon request. Materials include brass, steel and stainless steel.
Pneumatic Quick Couplings are also available in a wide range of designs. Pneumatic couplings usually are single shut-off design having a valve in the female carrier halve and the male probe is un-valved, or straight-through. The most popular threads used are BSPP, BSPT, NPT and metric M3, M5 and M6. In addition pneumatic quick couplings are also available with hose tails to suit a range of tube/hose sizes. Unfortunately unlike hydraulic couplings, pneumatic couplings tend not to be manufactured to any international design standards. Although most major manufacturers operate an interchange programme. Apart from standard pneumatic couplers we offer safety couplers, swing couplers and other designs. Materials include brass, steel and stainless steel.
Water Couplings/Mould Couplings tend to be manufactured from brass or stainless steel. We offer single shut off, double shut-off and un-valved units. Connections available range from 1/4” to 1” BSPP, BSPT, and straight, 45 degree and 90 degree hose tail options.
